포인트 제도 안내

Set up your point program, use points for customers on POS, update your settings, and check customer point activity.

1. Set Up Points

Set the rules for how customers earn and use points at your shop.

Step 1. Choose how points are managed

Go to Point System → Point Management Mode.

Choose Per shop or All shops.

Per shop

Points are managed separately for each shop.

Points earned at one shop can only be used at that shop. Each shop can also have different Point Earning and Point Usage conditions.

💡 Choose Per shop if

Your shops have different prices, promotions, or point policies.

All shops

Customers use one shared point balance across all shops.

Points earned at one shop can be used at another shop. All shops use the same Point Earning and Point Usage conditions.

💡 Choose All shops if

You want to operate one common point program across all shops.

⚠️ Important

Only the Shop Owner can change Point Management Mode.

Crop the Point System section. Highlight:
Status, Per shop, and All shops.

Apply the same settings to other shops

When Per shop is selected, the shop you are currently editing is selected automatically and cannot be unchecked.

Select another shop only when you want the same settings to be applied to that shop when you save.

You can change each shop separately later.

Example

You are editing Shop A and also select Shop B.

When you save, the same settings are applied to both shops.

Later, you can open Shop B and change its settings without changing Shop A.

Show Apply same settings to with:

  • current shop checked and disabled;
  • one additional shop selected.

Step 2. Set how customers earn points

Go to Point Earning.

Point earning rate (%)

Enter the percentage of the customer's actual payment that will be earned as points.

Example

Actual payment: 10,000 won
Point earning rate: 1%

Customer earns 100 points

💡 Recommended starting value: 1%

This is a simple starting value for a small food-service shop.

Increase the rate later if you want to provide a stronger loyalty benefit.

Minimum payment to earn points

Enter the minimum amount the customer must actually pay in one order to earn points.

💡 Recommended starting value: 0 won

Use 0 won if you want every eligible paid order to earn points.

Set a higher amount only when you want to exclude very small payments.

Maximum points earned per order

Choose Unlimited, or enter the maximum number of points a customer can earn from one order.

💡 Recommended starting setting: Unlimited

This is the simplest setting for most small shops.

Consider setting a maximum if you frequently receive large group, company, or catering orders.

📌 How Point Earning is calculated

Points are calculated from the amount the customer actually pays after discounts.

Any amount paid using points is excluded.

Calculation example

Order amount after discounts: 10,000 won
Points used: 2,000 points
Actual payment: 8,000 won
Point earning rate: 1%

8,000 × 1% = 80 points

The customer earns 80 points.

Points are added when the order becomes Completed.

If the calculation contains a decimal, it is always rounded down.

502.5 points → 502 points

Step 3. Set how customers use points

Go to Point Usage.

Point value

1 point = 1 won

This value is fixed and cannot be changed.

Minimum points to use per order

This is the smallest point payment a customer can make.

Example

Minimum points to use: 1,000 points

The customer can use:

1,000 points or more

The customer cannot choose to use only 500 points.

💡 Recommended starting value: 1,000 points

Use a lower value if you want customers to be able to use their points sooner.

Point payment limit per order (%)

Set the maximum percentage of one order that customers can pay using points.

Example — 50% limit

Order amount: 10,000 won
Point payment limit: 50%

Maximum point payment: 5,000 points

The remaining 5,000 won must be paid using another payment method.

💡 Recommended starting value: 100%

This gives customers the simplest rule: they can use their available points for the entire order.

Set a lower percentage if you want every point order to include some normal payment.

Point expiration

Choose No expiration or set the number of days that newly earned points can be used.

💡 Recommended starting value: 365 days

A one-year period is simple for customers to understand.

Choose No expiration if you want the easiest possible customer experience.

📌 Remember

If you change the expiration period later, the new period applies only to points earned after the change.

Existing points keep their original expiration dates.
